Identities are now first-class objects, and can be stored in a custom path. The functions for dealing with the global identity under /.ecnet2 have been deprecated. The public API is now stable under major version 2.

Version 2.0.0-alpha.1

This release completely reworks ECNet's inner workings and breaks pretty much everything. While the release is not yet technically stable I really don't expect the interfaces to change at all unless some major issues surface.
