IDWriteFactory is no longer Agile type as of 0.59 release

Summary

Whereas it was Agile type in 0.58 release. Is this intended change?

This is a case of the cfg attributes being applied too broadly. The Send and Sync implementations are present but behind a cfg attribute that requires implementation support. As a workaround you can include the Win32_Graphics_Gdi feature and it should work, but I'll have a fix out shortly.

Confirmed Win32_Graphics_Gdi works :)
