terminal not allowing me to type anything

I cannot type in my terminal.

I have tried many different resets online and made a second account and I still cannot type in the terminal. Just trying to complete CS50 course.

Please find terminal.integrated.shellIntegration.enabled: in Settings Editor, clear the checkbox, then restart VS Code. Does this fix it?
