Existing Extensions (Prior to API)

Another interesting thing is a list of existing SCM extensions for VS Code. None of these extensions today use the API and as a result are not nearly as fully featured due the prior constraints. It's none-the-less interesting to see what exists today. Our hope is that many of these will move to the new API...
