User needs to install AccessDatabaseEngine_64.exe along with the fix to make this scenario work.

bump version of vsix based on versionsuffix of MicroBuild (microsoft#329
ffce17e 
)

* This PR contains:
1) Bump version of vsix to 15.0.0.*.*
2) Use Suffix version to update version on each MicroBuild
3) Move vsix related file in separate folder
