This is a redo of #2098 (which was reverted in #2117)
In the original PR, I accidentally broke widgets and webviews because I touched the
htmlelement's style inqsharp-ux.css, which is shared across ALL our web elements.Here, the only difference from the original PR is that is that I pulled out the styles for the
bodyandhtmlelements from the commonqsharp-ux.cssstylesheet. I created dedicated stylesheets for playground, webviews and widgets, and moved these styles there.
