Introduces an additional
setExtraLibsmethod that provides a performance-friendly way to register multiple external definitions. Raises events and exposes disposable interface for the whole bulk.This change will let applications load on demand (or preload on start) large collections of files without workarounds and private api re-use, and without performance penalties caused by change notification events.
