As a developer trying to build a Fabrikate definition for a deployment, it is currently hard to find Fabrikate components that exist so that I could leverage them.

As a developer, I would like to be able to do something like a fab find grafana and be able to find grafana related components (this is not a design, just a framing of the problem).
