Task name: AzureTestPlanTaskV0

Description: Leveraged command util to publish test results from results files generated using the test execution invokers

Documentation changes required: N

Added unit tests: N

Attached related issue: N

Checklist:

  • Task version was bumped - please check instruction how to do it
  • Checked that applied changes work as expected

Testing:

  • Test plan with associated and non-associated test cases.
    • Two test runs created(one for manual and one for automated)

TODO:

  • Update the automated test results title to display the test case title instead of the FQN
