Task name: PowerShellV2, AzureFileCopyV*, WindowsMachineFileCopyV*

Description: Merged PowerShellV2 and Common sanitizers for more productive future work

  • Added expand of variables for AzureFileCopyV* + WindowsMachineFileCopyV* tasks.

Documentation changes required: N

Added unit tests: Y
