[JavaToolInstallerV0] Option for preinstalled JDK #12918

Related to issue #12861

Added ability to use "pre-installed" option for jdkSourceOption. With this option, the JDK preinstalled on the agent will be used.

One of my customer is eager to test the feature. Please let me know how the new JDK source (jdkSourceOption) option named “Pre-installed” will work or what are the requirements to make it work. The below documentation does not mention this option:
