Thanks @Ethan-Arrowood - my gut says the handbook probably isn't the right place for this. I'm planning on re-working the site and I definitely want to include advice on how to lint your projects in the future but built into the site content. |

This PR adds a tutorial documentation page on Linting. It has a short introduction including a definition of what linting is and describing what ESLint & @typescript-eslint are. Then it directs the user to follow a tutorial I have written and published on my own blog.
I do not mean to impose, and if the maintainers believe it is inappropriate to direct users to my blog posts that is completely understandable. If my external TypeScript resources are better linked somewhere else please let me know!
