Description of the new feature / enhancement

It was a great addition to have the shortcut flyout view from the tray icon, it would be greater if the grid view can be customized so that the most desirable toggles can be reached with fewer clicks.

Scenario when this would be used?

In my daily workflow I need to plug and unplug some external keyboards from my device, having the shortcuts grid customizable will allow me to put the keyboard manager to the first view so that I can quickly enable / disable keyboard manager
