add Text Expander function

Hi,

On MacOS, iOS and Android there is a "Text Expander" function, for keyboard input. You can set up strings of text to be inserted when you type a custom short code. For example, you might have your email address, 'johndoe@mydomain.com' to be inserted when you type 'j@d'.

It's a productivity feature, would be great to have it in PowerToys.
