Describe the bug

Adaptive Cards cannot be disabled on-the-fly. Buttons and links continue to work.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to playground
  2. Type card inputs
  3. Check "Disabled" on the playground panel

Expected behavior

Adaptive Cards should be disabled and no longer allow modification or button clicks.
