microG icon too big in android 9

In android 9 microG icon in Settings/System looks way bigger than it should, if you have spare time please fix

should be fixed by #765 which is awaiting merge.

Seems to be an issue not happening in all ROMs though, because in AICP 14 (Pie) or OmniROM it looks normal. Some users of other ROMs seem to suffer from the too big icon, too.
