The goal of this github page is to host the code used in the paper by Kohler et al., 2021 titled "Global drivers of organic matter decomposition in glacier-fed streams", submitted.
To facilitate the comprehension, it is divided into two folders named respectively FunctionalMetagenomic and Phylofactorization.
The phylofactorization script Phylofactorization_16S_k_final.r was initially made by Alex Washburne.
