This is the first version of a plugin to write CBZ files from Calibre. It operates by writing out the cover and all other images as a new comic archive.
Limitations:
- Only CBZ, no CBR or other related formats.
- No metadata written by the plugin.
- Ensures that the cover is the first page, but other than that does nothing to ensure that the extracted images follow the conventions for a CBZ.
