This is the first release of the 0.9.x series of Shareloc, which is based on OpenLayers 3.9.x.

The following enhancements / tasks have been done in v0.9.0:

Upgrade of OpenLayers to 3.9.0
Introduce a reusable JavaScript API
Lot of minor bug fixes
Add JSDoc 3 compatible API-docs blocks
Introduce user and developer information
