fix: resolve provider path before requiring it

FIXES FRMW-2747

In this PR, we do a few things to improve the error debugging experience and fix how providers are loaded.

• ✅ Relative providers were not working, because we missed the require.resolve call, that is needed to find the absolute path for a module.
• ✅ The errors with relative providers were swallowed during migrations.
