fix(utils): build query conversion breaking the underlying API operator map

What
Historically, we always transformed array filter to its in operator. Unfortunately, the in operator is not the only one allowing array values to be passed and therefore this can break the underlying operator map features. Since array values are in any case (for mikro orm) converted to in, this should not cause any issues
