[ru] remove orphaned/Web/API/NavigatorID/* subpages

Description

This PR removes orphaned/Web/API/NavigatorID/* subpages and adds Web/API/Navigator ones in ru locale:

• appCodeName
• appName
• appVersion
• platform
• product
• taintEnabled

Motivation

Removing orphaned pages and fixing #13499.
