Horizontal Slider #2
Comments
The horizontal slider you are referring to currently controls the minimum value on the X axis of the respective graph. If the slider is at 2001 the minimum value displayed on the graph is 2001 the maximum value displayed is the current year, in this case 2011. The horizontal slider has no relation to the alignment of the x axis so the value between 2005 and 2007 is not related to the value directly below it on the horizontal slider. |
hi chase - is there a way to remove the comma in the number that is placed above the slider? As Chris mentioned, using the slider the number reads "1,998" rather than "1998" |
I am aware of this and I have to create a function to convert the integer

When the mouse cursor is placed on the horizontal slider under each graph to move it horizontally between the years listed the number that is displayed doesn't appear to have any correlation with the graph. For example, on the "IT Occupation Average Salary" graph when i place the mouse cursor on the slider while its postioned between the years of 2005 and 2007 the number "2,001" is displayed above the slider. Is this having to do with the fact that actual data has not yet been assigned?
