Cotera.io Version 2.0

After four months of rewriting it from the ground up, Cotera.io is back online! Notable features of v2.0 include:

• Support for multiple lists: users can now have up to 16 different sets of progress, each with their own name. 16 was chosen because that's enough to store two lists per each of the eight maximum profile slots on a Switch, so it's the theoretical maximum.
• PWA support: Cotera can now be properly installed on devices!
• Much smaller size: Cotera's chunk-vendors size went down by about 25% after switching to the v9 beta Firebase SDK.
• More responsive: Larger font-sizes on smaller devices.

Hopefully this project will continue to get even better and snappier over time. I can't wait for everyone to use it! 😄
