I was thinking that it would be nice if there were a button that users could click that said "Open a ticket", this button could be wherever, but once they clicked it then a small box popped up just asking some simple questions with Drop downs or checkboxes. Once submitted it would go to a specific board (maybe even depending on the choices) and create a "ticket" or a "todo" task on the board. This could also be assigned based on some of the choices. We are looking at it from a IT helpdesk perspective.

Publish a form for users to create cards, based on the fields in the card template. Essentially a streamlined way to create new cards ("write-only").
