- This PR adds Debian 11 as a build target for release/1.1 - It also addresses an issue related to missing packages: matrix-org/synapse#9073 by removing dh-systemd from the installation list. It hasn't been needed since Debian 8. Testing notes: - verified build passes and artifacts are created.

As per https://bugs.debian.org/822670, the
dh-systemdpackage has been merged with the maindebhelperpackage since version9.20160709For some time, a transitional
dh-systemdpackage existed which simply depended ondebhelper. However, this was removed from bullseye.The fix should be as simple as depending on
debhelper (>= 9.20160709), which available on all supported Debian releases and all supported Ubuntu releases except for xenial.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
