Change the styling of the "Message search initialisation failed, check your settings for more information" message to be more in line with the other errors displayed in the same location.

The easiest way to test these changes is to change line 39 in DesktopBuildsNotice.tsx to if (true) {. This will always trigger the message to be displayed when opening the search bar.

Overriding design review as a categorically better UI than what we have today.

@KalleStruik if possible, can we get this PR updated to latest develop and we can get it merged? Thanks!
