mathtools vdotswithin failing

This appears to be present in both latest v3 (e.g., mathjax.org#demo) and v4-beta

With the mathtools package, \vdotswithin{\ldots} or \vdotswithin{} throws an error.

This happens both client side and in nodejs.

Obviously, this is bad authoring (and \vdots works fine) but "real" mathtools handles this fine so it might be something worth fixing.

Thanks for the report. I will make a PR to fix the issue. Do you need a patch in the meantime?

We are in the process of doing a code cleanup (prettifying and linting, etc.) so the PR will be based on top of that, I'm afraid (no new PRs until after the code cleanup is complete), but I can make a patch for the moment, if you need it.

Thanks for the offer but there's no need. We simply switched to vdots.
