This PR removes the
bboxproperty from theMathItemclass. Its was never implemented, and since CHTML doesn't always compute it (for improved performance), implementing it would be a performance hit for CHTML output. Also, there isOutputJax.getBBox(MathItem, MathDocument)that can be used to obtain the BBox in cases where it is needed.
