IE9 Editable placeholder in focused input

I cannot replicate the issue in v2.0.8 of the plugin

I can however get the same symptoms by triggering a related issue. Autofocus the field, or set the fields focus & then reload the page, which apparently triggers IE to autofocus the field that was focused prior to reloading.

The cursor is now blinking after the placeholder text, when the user starts typing, the placeholder is not cleared, and the user can edit the placeholder text.

In addition to not being able to replicate the problem in the same way as you, your fix has no observable change to my symptoms.
