What are the steps to reproduce the bug?
If mdc-button has
mdc-button--primaryand is set as disabled, styling is not applied correctly.https://codepen.io/trimox/pen/JyvpMN
What is the expected behavior?
The "broken" button should have a similar disabled styling as the "working" button.
What is the actual behavior?
Button is disabled, with no disabled styling.
