So, to start getting your feet wet, here's build 0.1 of openHABpi featuering

  • openHAB 1.0.0
  • my Setup ;)
  • some add-ons

You can download the zipped SD card image from Rapidshare here. Write this image to an SD card. Minimum size of SD card is 4GB!!

You need to download Oracle's JAVA for yourself. Follow these steps:

  • Take a look at this guide
  • Download as described
  • Copy to your Raspberry with WinSCP
  • Extract your downloaded file to /opt/java
  • Don't do anything else. This image expects the java binaries inside this path.
