EHR - "Add patient" page should not restrict age to 26 or below #473

If you choose a date in the future for birthday, you get Failed to add patient. Please try again. and in the logs "age must be between 0 and 26" or something. Remove this requirement, instead setting the max age to 120

Also, if we have this requirement on intake, remove it

  • Admin able to add walk in patients with future dob ✔️
  • Admin able to add walk in patient with age >26 ✔️
