This PR addresses #24 (and #101) or at least enough to meet the minimum criteria.
It won't be supporting anything over the top like editing settings but just running the same steps that the GUI already does.
Users will still need to open the GUI for the first time to enter in their Readwise token and configure other settings but ideally the two tools will be uncoupled at some point.
Basically, there's a bunch of design questions that will very quickly pop up (and have) that I'm choosing to defer for later in order to get something usable out the door.
