timeSignal notifies the time signal every hours.

When timesignal.exe is executed, it notifies time signal.
An icon is displayed on the taskbar while the program is running.
Right-click on the icon to display a context menu.
To interrupt the notification, select "Start/Pause" in the context menu.
Icons are changed while suspended. Also select "Start/Pause" when resuming notification.
To change the display, select "en-US / ja-JP".
To end the program, select "Close".
