TG100 [vampirefrog, superctr, bmos, Valley Bell]

This is a MIDI sound module, but this skeleton driver does not have anything like that included as the CPU (H8/520) is not emulated.
Sound chip is Yamaha YMW258-F. This is almost certainly identical to the MultiPCM chip used in the Sega arcade boards. 12-bit samples are used, which are not supported by the current multipcm.cpp core, but is supported by the OPL4 (ymf278b.cpp) which uses a similar sample format.
