Improving the build process and federated extension system, following #69

  • Install frontend in `${CONDA_ENV}/share/quetz/app'
  • Install extensions in `${CONDA_ENV}/share/quetz/extensions'
  • Create simbolic link for extensions in dev mode
  • Add watch extension
  • Load JupyterLab extensions from `${CONDA_ENV}/share/jupyter/labextensions'
  • Reestructure the frontend directory tree (add static folder)

I also modified the JupyterLab cookiecutter to create extensions for quetz.
