Add mariadb-10.5 as a supported version. #524 covers the only part of MariaDB-10.4+ support that was particularly erroneous.
Remove MySQL/MariaDB eol versions from their origin of support. 5.6 EOL is about 1 week too early (https://lefred.be/content/mysql-5-6-eol-is-february-2021/) but was convenient to include now.
Adjusted travis to test the minimum and maximum supported GA mariadb versions.
