Add mariadb-10.5 as a supported version. #524 covers the only part of MariaDB-10.4+ support that was particularly erroneous.

Remove MySQL/MariaDB eol versions from their origin of support. 5.6 EOL is about 1 week too early (https://lefred.be/content/mysql-5-6-eol-is-february-2021/) but was convenient to include now.

Adjusted travis to test the minimum and maximum supported GA mariadb versions.

Thanks for the quick merge. It was good to clean up some ugly bits I noticed.

Seems I should of waiting for the CI to finish - https://travis-ci.org/github/major/MySQLTuner-perl/jobs/756380508#L406 basic permission denied. I'll get a PR to fix.
