What does this PR include?
Short Description
This PR includes the addition of Dovecot's Lazy Expunge Plugin which is bundled within mailcow now. It is disabled by default though, but can be activated by modifying dovecot's extra.cf. A Documentation page has been created along side.

I've tested the general usage of mailcow (receiving, sending e-mails)
What were the final results? (Awaited, got)
by toggling this plugin the behavior of mailcow which is working as desired with that plugin configured.
