Minor: Convert Wiki to /docs, Pull Kamino Updates

Minor Changes

• Moved the wiki into new docs/ directory, closes #24
• Created new dist/ directory and added PostCSS' Autoprefixer. Raw CSS still lives in src/, the compiled, autoprefixed CSS ends up in dist/, where the JS and HTML now live
• Created new tools/ directory to house as many config files as possible

Patch Changes

• Pulled updates for scripts and configs from Kamino
• Updated documentation to match new file structure
• Removed reference to CodeFactor, which isn't being used for this project anymore
