This release attempts to balance military units by adjusting resources costs, build times and max damage (mainly). Buildings and defenses are left untouched (defense has already been boosted by automatic radar targeting).

The goal is to make all underpowered units a little bit more usable, while making overpowered units a little bit less resilient or more expensive. The overwhole balance might not be impacted that much, but it will give players a chance to use units they rarely -if not ever- use otherwise.
