Once upon a time, in a world where we had giant screens, IE 6 and every website used flash and animated gifs for email links. We had to find solution how to use brand new, exciting technology while keeping backwards compatibility. And that ment support for flash websockets. This repo did very good back then, it was used in games, chat rooms, it was loved by fellow developers...
And so is support for this repo. Code will sit here for a while, and eventually will be deleted.

- If you have to stick with php, use original repo https://github.com/nekudo/php-websocket, there is no need for flash support nowadays :)
