Upgraded version from v .01
Bot doesn't need to be in both ends.
Session user doesn't need to be an admin at the source.
Can clone from any chat to any chat, private and public chats are supported.
Bot is only an interface here, the user is transferring files over chats.
Limitations: clone from message-ids won't support now.
This repo is no longer get updated.
