Failures are unrelated, I'll send a PR to port to the new incus packages, then that one can get rebased. |

Rebased on top of current main branch, that should take care of the issue. |
`rpmbootstrap` source is similar with `debootstrap` source in deb package system, but it's targeted in the rpm package system. Comparing with `centos-http`, `openeuler-http` sources, it's faster with less bandwidth using. And fixed yum manager the issue during add repo. Signed-off-by: JUN JIE NAN <nanjunjie@gmail.com>
