How to reproduce the "exiting blocks" problem:

• Add layout block
• add 3 text blocks under the layout block
• move the 3 text blocks into the layout block.

2 Text block still exist.

How to reproduce the "move to wrong direction in layout blockt" problem:

• Add layout block
• add 2 text blocks under the layout block
• move the first text block: I.O
• move the second text block into the layout block: The position of the block (at top or at bottom) is now related based on the layout block position (like: not the inner position)
