This is a first swing at adding to the public api of the
Solverto get a list of all the constraints. Pretty simple, but do you have any thoughts on this?(I separately created a branch that gets rid of the
maptype.tsfile and replaces all its uses with jsMaps but the benchmarks slipped.)
