update readme: add point about accessing variables in info.plist

@luancurti @rafaelmaeuer thought it would be nice to add this to the readme since a lot of issues are being created about info.plist, which makes it harder to find the actual one with @rafaelmaeuer's solution :)

Link Height tasks by mentioning a task ID in the pull request title or description, commit messages, or comments.

💡Tip: You can also use "Close T-X" to automatically close a task when the pull request is merged.
