We use Trello for project management.
Our Product backlog can be found here.
Our Sprint backlog can be found here.
List of agreements:
- Add your profile to the task you work on.
- Must comply with the DoD (Definition of Done) before a task or userstory is moved to done.
- Use story points and points consumed tags on user stories. We use this chrome extension.
- Userstories start with with
US 001.. The number is unique for every userstory. - Tasks start with the userstory number followed by the task number seperated with a dot, for example:
001.01 Write pipeline document.
