Found post talking about deploy problem with the error we got about parcel watcher being from an NPM bug.

Talk about this bug and the work around. Changing to use "npm install" instead of "npm ci" might work as it will make a new package-lock file.

If this doesn't work I will do what the second link talks about and doing:
"This can be fixed by deleting package-lock.json and node_modules and re-running npm install."
