This removes unnecessary parens from the assembly format of BaseClassAddrOp, DerivedClassAddrOp, BaseDataMemberOp, DerivedDataMemberOp, BaseMethodOp, and DerivedMethodOp to bring them into conformance with the CIR ASM Style Guide.

The is no function change beyond the assembly format change.
